118 Unit Seniors living facility located in Prince George, BC. The project is located on a large complex site with various aspects of on and off site services, parking areas and landscaping. The building is a 4 story wood frame facility complete with main floor amenity spaces and commercial kitchen and laundry facilities. The project broke ground in the fall of 2025 and is expected to be completed the fall of 2027.
