About V2 Construction Management

OUR COMPANY

V2CM is an advanced construction management firm based in Edmonton, Alberta, serving clients across Canada since 2018. We specialize in delivering complex projects across public and private sectors, including healthcare, education, automotive, commercial, and multi-family.

We exist to redefine what construction management can be — efficient, intelligent, safe, and relentlessly client-focused.

Our Best Projects approach is disciplined and knowledge driven. We combine technical expertise with intelligent planning, efficient execution, and a proven delivery model that emphasizes clarity, accountability, and predictable outcomes. The result is simple: we consistently do more with less — without compromising quality.

We navigate complexity with confidence, combining sophistication in strategy with practicality in execution. This allows us to maximize value, streamline operations, and deliver results that exceed expectations.

We set out to reduce construction costs by 15% by 2025. We achieved that in 2024. That milestone reflects how we think, how we plan, and how we execute.

At the core of our identity is an unwavering commitment to our clients’ success. Our clients stay with us because we deliver results, build trust, and create long-term value.
